- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process To start a return, contact us at info@claremontandco.com. Do not send your purchase back before receiving a confirmation from us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Process
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return package
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction
- There are no restocking fees, but the cost of delivering the goods is non-refundable
